JOVEN G. NICOL
As Training Director, Joven is in charge of planning, implementing, and assessing health related and emergency training programs for World of Outdoors, Inc.
As a public health associate for many years, Joven has wealth of experience in the installation and monitoring of community health programs. His passion for teaching and mobilizing communities led him to achieving Philippine national certification as trainer in emergency medical response, community health care services, emergency communications, first aid and basic life support, pediatric life support, cardiac life support, pre-hospital and advanced trauma life support. Joven is now an emergency medical services clinical instructor and an assessor recognized by TESDA.
Joven finished his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Dr. Carlos S. Lanting College, and has an active affiliation as Senior Member of Royal Institute of Singapore for Emergency Management, and as an Associate Member of Philippine College of Hospital Administrators.
Serving the local community is Antonio’s passion. Aside from handling community affairs, Antonio worked as a rescue, disaster and emergency team leader for a local government. His training ranges from disaster risk reduction management, landslide search and rescue, damage assessment, emergency medicine, and occupational health and safety.
AURELIO MENGOTE, JR.
Aurelio teaches water safety, rescue, and survival for World of Outdoors, Inc., including life support, trauma management, disaster management assistance and recue. Aurelio likewise specializes in construction occupational health and safety.
Gerald shares his expertise in occupational health and safety, work environment measurement, loss control management, risk assessment, fire safety through World of Outdoors, Inc. In practice, he served in several multinational companies local and abroad as safety officer, and worked his way to gain accreditation as Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) safety trainer and practitioner. Gerald is an active member of the Association of Safety Practitioners of the Philippines (ASPPI).
As a trainer in occupational health and safety, Totie also delivers health and safety in construction, safety leadership, firefighting, life support, trauma management, loss control management, and hazard identification risk analysis and control. Totie is a safety officer by profession, an accredited OSH practitioner, and a member of the Association of Safety Practitioners of the Philippines (ASPPI).
